MCG Careers is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Calgary Downtown office as a Program Manager.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with persons with disabilities (PWD), preferably mental illness
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience providing career and employment services
  • Minimum 2 years’ leadership/supervisory experience
  • Career Development Certificate or related post-secondary education
  • CCDP Certification is an asset
  • Experience working with individuals with barriers to entering/keeping employment
  • Experience with government-funded program management
  • Case management experience
  • Understanding of the local labour market
  • Social media, events planning, and Business to Business sales experience
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
