Village Behavioral Health (VBH) is a licensed behavioral health organization providing residential facilities and mobile crisis intervention services. The Program Manager - Mobile Crisis Services serves as a vital role to our Comprehensive Mobile Crisis Response Program overseeing compliance, documentation, staffing, SOP development and implementation, high-risk escalations, and administrative support. Hybrid - In Office, Field, Remote 25-50% Travel Required Salary Range: 65,000 - 70,000 USD (DOE) Core Responsibilities: Ensures all components of the Mobile Crisis Response Program meet compliance standards in accordance with federal/state laws, DBHDS licensing & contracting requirements, & agency policies. Provide supervision to program staff (licensed/non-licensed professionals and interns) including interviewing, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and coaching. Provide 24/7 on-call support to MCR team. Develop, implement, and update crisis response procedures and safety protocols. Conduct trainings for new & existing employees on MCR program SOPs, resources & tools (including documentation, EHR systems, etc.) Develop & maintain a trauma-informed care environment that adheres to agency overall objectives, standards, mission, & values. Collaborate with law enforcement, medical staff, regional CSBs, and community partners. Monitor response coverage, response times, and service quality to identity areas of opportunity. Partner with company stakeholders to identify risks, budget needs, trends, etc. for transparency and optimizing the effectiveness of business decisions. Lead recurring team meetings as a basis of communication for program updates, team goals/expectations, team building, etc. Develop strategy to expand program coverage areas and improve service delivery. Develop & maintain detailed recording systems for all components of the program's data for reporting and audit purposes. Contribute to overall development of policies and standard procedures to meet agency objectives and standards. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Service, Social Work, Psychology, or similar discipline. 6+ years' experience in behavioral health crisis intervention field. 3+ years' experience in leadership role within behavioral health field. Experience with Mobile Crisis Response programs. Ability to be on call 24/7 (with exclusion of PTO days) Expert working knowledge of behavioral health crisis intervention practices, federal/state laws, Commonwealth of Virginia DBHDS regulations, and HIPPA laws. Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation. Ability to be an agile team player and serve various functions of program demands.
