A bit about your role The Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs that support the Technology Enablement function and broader SEO objectives. The role establishes strong project governance, manages cross‑functional teams, and ensures alignment with the nbn2030 strategy. It focuses on effective risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while driving efficiency and strategic outcomes. A bit about you The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large and complex programs, ideally within technology or telecommunications, and strong capability across Agile, Waterfall, governance, risk, and change management. The candidate must be able to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery, adapt to shifting priorities, and possess specialized experience delivering ServiceNow projects.
