MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience in program or project management. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. * Experience in environmental life cycle assessment and consumer hardware sustainability. * Experience in the sustainability or environmental space. * Ability to build relationships, with partners and stakeholders in the operations domain. * Ability to learn and adapt to a fluid environment. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. In this role, you will be part of a sustainability team with many cross-functional stakeholders. You will help assess our environmental impacts and ensure we continue to reduce the impact environmental burden of Google’s consumer hardware. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Program manager for Devices and Services Product Group (DSPG) Net Zero Strategy and Environmental Footprinting team. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and assess crucial environmental data. * Oversee and maintain the program for sustaining energy measurements, working directly with the compliance team.
