JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accomplishment across key areas including supply chain, procurement, quality and test engineering, and commerce. This role requires deep expertise in contract manufacturing and distribution center providers, as well as a keen understanding of tariffs and their global implications. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively across multiple locations and cultures, and possess deep knowledge of both SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Oracle Cloud ERP.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record of managing complex programs with contract manufacturing and distribution center providers.
• Deep expertise in SAP IBP and Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations and tariffs.
• Experience working across multiple locations and cultures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and exposure to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in the technology or manufacturing industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in other ERP or supply chain management systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on supply chain, procurement, quality and test engineering, and commerce.
  Compensation:
  The target salary range for this position is 158,100 - 235,400 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
