Job Description:
NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting a federal agency. This role provides strategic oversight across IT operations, cybersecurity compliance, cloud modernization, application development, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in federal program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Provide overall program leadership, coordination, and performance oversight
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders
  • Manage cross-functional teams across security, systems, cloud, DevOps, and administration
  • Oversee delivery in areas including FISMA compliance, health informatics, application security, and ITSM tool support
  • Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP)
  • Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, budgets, and staffing
  • Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards (FISMA, NIST 800-53, Section 508)
  • Support financial tasks: forecasting, invoice review, budget reporting
  • Lead reporting, audits, and program reviews
  • Foster high-performance team culture and mentor task leads
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency
  • Prepare executive briefings and performance reports
  • Support transition planning for contract award activities
