o Lead of project team ensuring on time delivery of high-quality work within the project budget o Maintain daily Client relationship and communication, acting as first point of escalation for daily issues o Provide project data and status reporting to appropriate stakeholders o Manage good onsite-offshore co-ordination for optimal service delivery o Review and approve project/program plans, estimates, and technical documents o Manage teams of hard-working individual and promote team cohesiveness Required: 12+ Years of work experience in IT Project implementation 5 Years of leading Agile methodology projects 3+ Years working on end-to-end Salesforce.com Implementation Projects with at least 3+ Years managing and understanding of general Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing), Apex Programming and Force.com Capabilities Should have experience managing enterprise level accounts (50+ headcount and $1.5M+) as a program manager Should have experience managing both TnM and Fixed Price Projects Should be able to manage the P&L of any program keeping a close eye on margin Should be strong with risk identification and mitigation strategies Comprehensive understanding of Project Delivery Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies Ideal Mindset: Encouragement.
