Description Maintains facility schedule. Coordinates client admissions to ensure intakes are provided with appropriate space and supplies. Oversee food services and purchasing. Maintain facility to meet all city, state, licensing, and other standards. Coordinate licensing and inspections with the Compliance Manager as needed. Complete emergency management and fire safety drills as required. Supervise Support Staff Supervisor and non-licensed Counselors / Case Managers. Participate in event planning and coordinate recreational activities for clients. Facilitate individual and group services as assigned. Connect clients to community resources. Complete service documentation within the appropriate client management system within 24 hours. Proactively involve and communicate with collateral supports, including family, significant others, probation officers, judges, caseworkers, and others. Document all incidents immediately and report as required. Medication administration, as needed. Provide treatment team oversight and education on program process and concept. Regularly evaluate training needs of program staff and facilitate needed training. Participate in extracurricular activities with clients. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Licensure / Education / Prior Experience Required: Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor and/or program graduate in good standing preferred. Minimum two years experience in program management or related activities preferred. Must pass a Criminal Background check First Aid and CPR Certification. Willingness to undergo TB screenings, flu and other vaccinations as required. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, which may include background checks, fingerprinting, applicable sex offender registry screenings for Adult Residential roles, and other position-related verifications. Roles requiring driving are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and valid Utah driver’s license.
