As a Program Manager for Community Living, you will oversee all aspects of assigned residential homes, driving exceptional, person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Essential Functions: Oversee assigned Community Living homes to ensure quality services, effective communication, and positive outcomes. Coordinate healthcare, medical appointments, and annual assessments; participate in individual planning. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care staff; manage scheduling and payroll within budget. Ensure timely and accurate documentation, reporting, and monthly progress notes. Maintain safe, clean homes and coordinate maintenance and landlord communication. Communicate professionally with internal/external stakeholders and coordinate with agencies to prevent service disruptions. Monitor financial stability of individuals in coordination with accounting. Ensure compliance with program standards (DMH, CARF). Provide on-call and direct care coverage as needed Qualifications Skills Required to Perform the Duties of the Job: Excellent communication, writing, and organization skills Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, StationMD, Paycom, and Therap. Skill in making decisions independently in accordance with program and agency standards. KEY REQUIREMENTS: 18+ years of age High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred: B.S. or B.S. in related field and/or 3 years of experience with individuals with ID/DD.) Supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license (ability to obtain class E license within 14 days of hire) Proof of vehicle insurance Successful completion of background checks and reference verification Work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand or sit for several hours and bend, stoop
