Description Accountable for the overall administration and organization of Rehabilitation Services (Physical Therapy Department, Occupational Therapy Department, Speech Pathology Department) under the general direction of the Management Consultant. Plans and directs the clinical and business aspects of all Rehab programs offered by the service including financial management, marketing, human resources, productivity. Responsible for the successful integration of the hospital quality, medical quality, and continuous quality improvement programs. Accountable for customer/patient satisfaction for the service lines. Provides liaison and administrative support. Designs services to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served. Embodies and demonstrates the CFMC values in the working environment. Minimum of five years management as Program Manager within a skilled nursing facility environment. Experience training and integrating Casamba into a skilled nursing facility rehab operations. Experience working directly with MDS Coordinators to facilitate the most accurate and appropriate payment models. Experience setting up, training, managing, auditing, monitoring, and reporting rehabilitation specific compliance activities. Experience training and managing new payment models related to rehab services. Experience developing outpatient therapy services MBA or other post-professional Masters/PhD level preferred Computer Skills Experience with CASAMBA Rehab EMR EMR/EPIC experience preferred Expert computer and typing skills required.
