Olgoonik is an Equal Opportunity Employer   Overview: The Corporate Program Manager responsibilities involve coordinating the administration of the contracts’ implementation and operations. The incumbent will have oversight over all operations and be in coordination with the In-Country Program Manager to ensure that all components of the Program Management Office (PMO) are implemented and operating professionally. This position is contingent upon contract award. Primary Responsibilities: * Responsible for coordination and monitoring of scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of the contract.  * coordinating with the COR in preparing any modifications of the contract during the periods of performance. * lead in all onboarding of staff members in coordination with the In-Country PM and the COR.  * respond to issues in a timely manner and communicate proactively with INL/PAP staff, and the COR.  * Any candidates for this position will be reviewed and approved by INL/PAP staff, COR and the Contracting Officer before boarding. * ensure compliance with all contract requirements, working in close coordination with INL and Embassy Port-au-Prince, especially in interactions involving planning and other managerial issues. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant management discipline with over ten years of experience in commonly used project management concepts, practices, and procedures. Extensive project experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Advanced degree preferred. Past performance documentation required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Speaks, reads, and writes in fluent English. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: PMP Certifications required.
