Adecco is looking for a Program Manager to join our client’s team in Ottawa. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity within the project management and strategic initiatives sector.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University or college degree in a related field
  • PMI/PMP Certification
  • Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft M365 (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Azure DevOps) and Visio
  • Experience with budgeting, procurement, operations, and change management
  • Data analysis and budget management expertise
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budgets
  • Acquire resources and coordinate team members, contractors, and consultants
  • Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the lifecycle
  • Act as liaison between project and business teams, providing regular reporting
  • Engage senior leadership and business partners to align on key deliverables
  • Build and maintain relationships with PMO stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Review, evaluate, and recommend improvements to project delivery practices
  • Ensure adherence to security, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements
