Description

The Program Manager supports the executive leader of Intelligent Sensing Group (ISG). ISG develops high‑performance, image sensing technologies that enhance human safety and productivity for Automotive ADAS, Industrial Robotics and Automation, and Aerospace & Defense applications. This is a highly strategic, facilitative role that enables the ISG leader to operate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The Program Manager combines focus and flexibility: requirements will vary as the team executes its mission, and success will depend on strong leadership, program management, operational rigor, and the ability to drive alignment across organizations. The ideal candidate brings cross-functional experience (e.g., leadership, program management, marketing, operations, and metrics), a hands-on approach, and the maturity to keep the ISG perspective top of mind. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and technology is a plus. Key Functions * Operational leadership: coordinate and drive key processes; manage staff meeting rhythms and agendas; understand content and issues; and proactively provide recommendations and solutions to the GM of ISG. * Strategy coordination: lead the strategy planning process, drive content creation, provide program management rigor, and help shape the division’s strategy. * Executive representation: represent and speak on behalf of the VP of ISG in meetings as needed; prepare materials for meetings; and drive program execution. onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
