• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large IT projects in BFSI
• Oversee planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and scope management for dual-shore projects.
• Interface directly with business heads, IT sponsors, and regulatory teams to align program goals with BFSI compliance and strategic priorities.
• Provide regular updates through steering committees and executive dashboards.
• Synchronize delivery across time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration and handovers between onshore and offshore teams.
• Drive quality, productivity, and SLA adherence across both geographies.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives such as AI/ML, cloud adoption, automation, and analytics tailored for BFSI clients.Cultivate a culture of agility, compliance, and innovation.
