Ontic’s Chatsworth, CA, site specializes in precision engineering, MRO, and new solutions for parts at risk of obsolescence. Our team is looking for a Program Manager to join them. You will report to the Head of Programs and will have an Onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA.

To be considered for the Program Manager opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of program/project management experience in an engineering/manufacturing and/or aerospace environment.
  • Experienced working with Microsoft Products (Excel and PowerPoint).

As a Program Manager, you will:

  • Manage new and ongoing product lines to ensure quality products are delivered on time to the customer.
  • Work with 10-15 cross-functional team members, including engineers, technicians, CSRs, other PM, etc., in a collaborative way to achieve company goals.
  • Be responsible for driving assigned activities toward achieving scope, quality, and financial objectives, including product line P&L.
  • Assist department with tactical duties of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling Ontic programs/initiatives, short- and long-term organizational plans, budgets, personnel, and functions in licensing and manufacturing aviation legacy product.
  • Be able to interpret the applicable policies/procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive successful project closure and hand-off to functional departments.

Salary Range:

  • $80,000 – $100,0000/year, based on experience
