Description:
- Expertise You’ll Bring:
- Overall 10+ years’ experience working leading large solution delivery programs in Retail brokerage, investment trading domain.
- Experience working with large enterprise, ability to navigate through ambiguous requirements, handle client negotiation and manage expectations.
- Strong experience working with JIRA and Confluence, driving agile program while managing schedule and cost
- Excellent Oral communication and soft skills – ability to engage with business and technical stakeholder to effectively communicate ideas, understand business expectation and front end to clarify any questions.
- Good experience with SQL – be able to quickly write queries for perform data analysis.
- Experience leading business analysis or leading large BPM project implementation
- Experience handling large, distributed (offshore/onsite) teams
- Experience with BPM solutions such as Appian or Pega.
- Knowledge of Investment banking and Trading domain.
- Business and Data Analysis experience in combination.
- Project management certification (PMP / Prince2)
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for overall successful program delivery
- Liaison with Client stakeholder/leadership to manage expectations, handle contractual obligations and execute steering committee discussions
- Drive the regular review of program/project status review & client communication
- Manage project team (onsite/offshore), handle capacity planning, onboarding/offboarding
- Manage risks and operational KPI for project engagement – schedule, quality, cost budget
- Drive the regular review of program & project status review meetings with Client Project sponsor and leadership
- Manage client relationship, project priorities, track progress and risk mitigation. Work closely with business/product owner to plan scope, business drivers and prepare relevant plan, resources ready for executing delivery.
- Will serve as First escalation point for all issues. Ensure quick resolution, coming up with proactive mitigation plan to minimize disruption.
- Establish guard rails for project delivery KPI - schedule, quality, budget
- Coordinate with BA to drive requirement analysis, solution assessment, prepare solution mockup, and identify opportunities for optimization and value-add solution improvements
- Collaborate with architect to drive solution design, prepare project plan, identify dependencies, drive scrum/team meetings
- Establish guardrails for strong governance and implement the best practices, Review Templates and KPIs
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings (including demos, sprint / release planning, grooming, deployment meetings, technical discussions, issues/resolution meetings, retrospective etc.)
- Undertake full responsibility work delivery meeting quality, schedule and cost expectations. Review project deliverables, ensure quality and completeness.
- Manage large, distributed team (onsite/offshore), track team member performance and enable required measure to mentor and improvise while maintain positive team relationship.
