Description Summary/Objectives This position provides program oversight for cross-departmental initiatives that directly support the Bank’s strategic roadmap, regulatory priorities, and technology modernization efforts. The PMO Program Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating and overseeing multiple strategic programs within the PMO. This role ensures that programs are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with organizational goals. They will work closely with the PMO Director to achieve an optimal project balance within each program. The Program Manager will focus on governance, resource coordination, stakeholder communication and provide leadership to cross functional project teams. Essential Functions Lead and oversee multiple concurrent projects and initiatives under an assigned program portfolio, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Partner with senior leaders to define scope, success metrics, and organizational readiness for change. Establish and enforce governance standards, risk/issue management, and program reporting. Oversee resource allocation and vendor relationships; manage program budgets and financial tracking. Prepare and deliver executive-level updates to the PMO Advisory Committee and senior management. Champion PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices across departments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered 5-7 years project/program management experience PMP, PgMP or similar certification Preferred Education, Experience and Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field 7-10 years project/program management experience Prior banking experience Process Improvement or Change Management certifications
