Description PenBay Technology Group is seeking a full-time Program Manager who will oversee all aspects of a DoD (now DoW) program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with DoD intelligence community policies. This role involves strategic planning, program execution, and coordination across multiple stakeholders to support workforce management, policy implementation, and performance objectives within the intelligence framework. Minimum Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or other field related to work under this requirement. · 9 years of experience managing technology and cybersecurity programs and projects of similar scope and complexity that directly supported the DoD military community. · Possess one of the following certifications: Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP). · Possess an ACTIVE DoD Secret Security Clearance. Requirements Preferred candidates will also possess: · Minimum 8 years experience leading transformative IT/DevSecOps initiatives and championing end-to-end modern iterative software development solutions. · Possess one of the following certifications: EC-Council Certified Chief Information Security Officer Certification (C/CISO), SysAdmin, Audit, Network, Security (SANS) Institute Global Security Leadership Certificate (GSLC), ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or ISACA Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM). · Minimum 8 years of experience in developing and standardizing business rules for multiple inter- or intra-agency accessed applications.
