ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a creative and visionary Program Manager to lead a high-performing applications development and support team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, Web-based financial transaction E-Filing systems. This is a critical leadership role supporting a federal customer’s electronic filing (E-Filing) objectives in compliance with various Executive Orders, Congressional mandates, and internal policies.
The Program Manager will oversee system development and maintenance in an AWS GovCloud environment, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services and secure, scalable application features. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical insight, contract management expertise, and a proactive customer-focused approach.
