    We are looking for someone with strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship building skills who is seeking to continue their path in Social and Human Services. This position will begin with a very small case load. This is a field and office position.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • May or may not have a bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field including but not limited to: Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation, Special Education, Nursing, and Counseling.
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience working as a PM/DDP/QDDP, or at least 6 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Possess knowledge of community and area resources pertaining to consumers.
  • Possess proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess initiative and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Possess the ability to work as a team member and to partner with other organizations and agencies.
  • Possess the ability to work with others in a supervisory/leadership capacity.
  • Possess knowledge of Therap.
  • Strong organization skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

    The Program Manager is a professional, management level position responsible for program-planning, management, and supervision of community and residential programs.
    Perfect Partners Program Manager functions as Degreed Professional Manager with overall responsibility for the programs they supervise. This consists of but not limited to, the development, implementation, evaluation, coordination and training of individuals’ support plans. Program managers are responsible for training, supervision, quality control and enhancement of staff under their supervision. Program Managers will monitor the employees of their program and hold employees (Direct support Staff and Team Leaders) accountable for their responsibilities. Program Manager will complete progressive disciplinary actions required when policy violations occur.
    The Program Manager is assigned with preparing employee schedules, ensuring shift coverage, auditing, observing, training, implementing directives, recording and maintaining all necessary records. Program manager may take part in or be charged with the hiring and completing the onboarding process of employees within their assigned program. Program Managers are expected to exercise independent judgment and initiatives within agency and department guidelines and procedures.
    The Program Manager is a position that is required to have involvement with all parts of individuals’ care, supports, and ensures the quality of care and support are provided to the individuals served. The Program Manager will work with Service Coordinators, Community RN’s, guardians, program staff, and DMH Regional Office professionals.
