Job Title Program Manager Job Description About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Program/Project Manager to coordinate and deliver cross-functional initiatives within our healthcare business operations. This role will focus on planning, executing, and supporting software programs that leverage AI and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience managing technology-driven programs in healthcare or other regulated industries and excels at aligning teams and stakeholders toward shared goals. Key Responsibilities Program Execution: Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of programs across business units, ensuring objectives are met on time and within scope. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Business teams to define program goals, milestones, and deliverables. Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively address risks, dependencies, and resource needs. Tracking & Reporting: Support program governance by maintaining dashboards, reports, and status updates to ensure transparency and accountability. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment with business priorities. Process Improvement: Apply best practices in program and project management, leveraging agile or hybrid methodologies to improve efficiency and delivery quality. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Experience: 3–5 years of experience in program or project management. Proven success managing cross-functional software or data-driven initiatives Experience launching projects and streamlining processes in software/tech first organizations Skills: Strong understanding of program management frameworks Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups with tact and influence. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. Leadership: Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment across the organization.
