PROGRAM MANAGER Job Description: The Plum Gas Solutions Inc. (“Plum”) Program Manager is responsible for leading cross‑functional teams through the launch of new programs and projects within the Company’s oil & gas and virtual pipeline business. This role owns the execution of programs from initiation through completion and formal handoff to the Operations team, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, on budget, and to quality standards. The Program Manager serves as the primary coordinator and escalation point, aligning internal teams and external stakeholders while maintaining strong focus on safety, compliance, operational readiness, and customer requirements.   Responsibilities and Duties: * Lead and manage new program launches from concept approval through operational handoff * Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, risk assessments, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives * Coordinate cross functional internal teams (Engineering, HSE, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Commercial) and external vendors * Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and milestones to ensure timely execution through completion * Facilitate formal project kick off meetings and readiness reviews throughout the program lifecycle * Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership and customer stakeholders during program execution * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure requirements, deliverables, and expectations are fully understood and met * Act as an escalation interface for program related issues requiring decision making * Own program budgets, forecasts, and business cases; monitor cost performance and profitability throughout the program lifecycle * Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance * Ensure compliance with internal standards, HSE requirements, and customer contractual obligations * Drive continuous improvement efforts related to program execution, launch readiness, and transition to Operations * Development and organization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the specific programs * Ensure all program deliverables, documentation, and training requirements are completed prior to handoff * Support a smooth, structured transition of ownership to the Operations team at program completion * Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracked and ongoing updates regarding the following: * Program delivery to agreed scope, cost, quality, and schedule * Successful completion of operational readiness milestones * Customer deliverables completed on time * Safety, compliance, and quality performance * Effective transition to Operations * Escalates decisions and/or potential risks internally to appropriate leadership channels   Required Education and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field * 6+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, or industrial environments * Experience leading cross‑functional teams through complex program launches * Strong background in risk management, cost control, and schedule management * Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives (Lean tools, problem solving) * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment * Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capability * Customer‑focused with a strong understanding of operational delivery * Proficient in project management tools and reporting   Preferred Education and Experience: * Advanced degree or professional certification preferred (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma)   Travel: * 20%
