Virta is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager & PMO (Program management office) responsible to manage complex initiatives and lead the project prioritization and progress across the organisation. In this role you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with Virta’s strategic vision and driving our business forward. You will report directly to the VP Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional internal programs from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with Virta’s strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain effective program management processes and best practice sharing across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of key initiatives.
• Monitor program performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate prioritization of internal projects and provide clear and regular updates and input for decision making to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of lessons learned and continuous improvement as well as knowledge and best practice sharing

What We’re Looking For

• Project/Program management certification such as PMI or Prince 2
• Proven successful experience (7+ years) in program management, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment; additional experience in PMO (project management office) activities is a plus
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Result-driven and solution-oriented mindset with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
• Structured and analytical approach to work, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive results.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
