JOB SUMMARY:
NetApp’s Product Marketing team is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational transparency, streamlining review and approval workflows, and driving cross-functional alignment. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations, you will lead efforts to design and optimize business processes, build stakeholder-facing dashboards, and manage high-impact initiatives that support the Product Marketing organization’s strategic goals. Your ability to translate complex workflows into scalable solutions, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive adoption of best practices will be key to success.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. We welcome candidates with equivalent practical experience.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 102,000 - 151,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
