Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for community development and a strong background in construction? Project Home is looking for a Program Manager to lead our weatherization, home repair, and social enterprise programs. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in an organization dedicated to making a tangible difference in our community.
As the Program Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Executive Director to shape and implement key initiatives. You’ll be responsible for the management, development, and administration of our core programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the Managers of the agency’s Production Programs, Production Coordination Department, and Weatherization Energy Auditors.
  • Recommending and revising program budgets and drafting and reviewing grant proposals.
  • Directing the exploration and development of funding for new programs.
  • Overseeing the establishment and implementation of policies, procedures, and internal controls to achieve compliance with contract requirements.
  • Managing program inventory and overseeing procurement practices.
  • Establishing quality control requirements and handling client complaints.
  • Representing the agency to funders and the community.

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with program development, administration, and management.
  • A strong background in construction.
  • Good management, human relations, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office programs.
  • A valid driver’s license.

The pay range is $80,000 - $90,000 annually with room for negotiation based on your experience. Position starts in October 2025.
