This position provides program management for key systems that support all Providence Swedish campus locations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 9 months of project/program management in contingent staffing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of progressive work in staffing, recruiting, or program management experience
• Work experience in healthcare environment preferred
• Non-employed organizational programs for volunteer and intern/externships
• Prior experience/knowledge of contingent workforce in a union environment
• Prior experience with interpretation and management of contract terms and conditions
