Fleetway is seeking a strategic and collaborative Program Manager to oversee the schedule, scope, and budget of the River Class Destroyer (RCD) Program . This role is pivotal in guiding engineering and technical delivery teams and ensuring projects are executed with quality, precision, and fiscal discipline.
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the Program Manager leads all program delivery activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and client-side Cost Account Managers to ensure clear direction, timely reporting, and performance that reflects Fleetway’s commitment to service excellence.
You’ll collaborate with Delivery Managers and Leads to align priorities, manage contractual obligations, and proactively address challenges across the program’s work breakdown structure (WBS) elements. Your leadership will enable the delivery team to meet current and emerging program requirements—driving progress, accountability, and results.

EDUCATION :

Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology , Business or related field

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-8+ years of progressive responsibility in Project or Program Management, ideally within technical or engineering environments
• PMP Certification considered an asset
• Eligible for security clearances
