Program Managers at Thoughtworks drive successful delivery across complex client engagements by bringing strong execution leadership, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. They lead the end-to-end delivery of outcome-based and fixed-fee programs, ensuring teams stay focused on business value, timelines, scope, and financial governance. Job responsibilities Expert Delivery Leadership: Serve as seasoned delivery leaders, primarily focused on the successful executionof outcome-based and fixed-fee engagements. Stakeholder Management: Excel at managing stakeholders, interfacing with TW global and client teams toclearly articulate business value. Multi-Workstream Management: Manage delivery of multiple parallel workstreams across different clientaccounts. Operational Management: Interface with the Business Ops team for client financial tracking. Job qualifications Technical Skills Manage scope diligently within the client budget, given it is an outcome-based / fixed-fee model. Ensure milestone-based reporting for timely revenue recognition. Implement rigorous change management to maintain the sold CGM intact. Maintain tight RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies & Decisions) management. Set up delivery workstreams, including resourcing, in close collaboration with delivery leaders in other regions. Drive workstream inception/discovery. Align on the final delivery plan. During closure of workstreams, capture actuals vs planned for staffing, financials, and feedback to internalsystems for continuous improvement on accuracy. Professional Skills Capability Building: Drive specialized skill training necessary for the workstream. Technical Acumen: Possess a foundational understanding of AI platform/accelerator-based execution, or demonstrate the ability toramp up quickly on new technologies.
