Position Title: Program Manager
Department: Program Management
Location: Santa Ana, CA
FLSA Status: Exempt, Full- Time

JOB SUMMARY:

The Program Manager role is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple complex projects within a program, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives. This position plays a critical role in aligning project goals with organizational strategy, managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The Program Manager oversees project timelines, resources, and deliverables to drive program success and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experienced using MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Project. ERP experience is a Plus
  • PMP certification is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, or reach.
  • May need to lift or move items up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings, site visits, or conferences, if required.
  • Visual acuity to read and prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Has the ability to review, consolidate and communicate detailed analysis to colleagues and customers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Has some background with Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) /Printed Wiring Assemblies (PWA’s) and electrical and environmental Test Processes. Familiar with Assembly Drawings and mechanical drawings
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Manage project scope and change requests
  • Understands Budgeting of labor and material against plan – Business Analysis
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate decision-making
  • Mentor and coach junior program managers
  • Eliminate products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance
