Position Title: Program Manager

Location: Santa Ana, CA
FLSA Status: Exempt, Full- Time
JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Manager role is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple complex projects within a program, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives. This position plays a critical role in aligning project goals with organizational strategy, managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The Program Manager oversees project timelines, resources, and deliverables to drive program success and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experienced using MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Project. ERP experience is a Plus
- PMP certification is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, or reach.
- May need to lift or move items up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings, site visits, or conferences, if required.
- Visual acuity to read and prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
