Responsibilities:
Position Overview: The Program Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing and managing medium to large-scale projects within an enterprise environment. This position requires a certified professional with extensive experience in project management, IT governance, and business process automation services, particularly in federal government contexts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hands-on experience with medium to large projects in a steady-state enterprise environment.
  • Prior experience managing projects for federal government clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Agile methodology and principles.
  • Experience in UI/UX, Agile, Data, and Cloud services within a government agency context.
  • Proficiency in IT governance frameworks and business process design and reengineering.
Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost, as well as task order resources.
  • Provide consulting-level services for large-scale cloud implementations using Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Analyze complex problems affecting projects and propose innovative solutions, including analysis of schedules, costs, and technology/tools.
  • Oversee projects and contract engagements related to Business Process Automation Services.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks and support solution architecture development/management within the health IT industry.
  • Collaborate with dispersed project teams and end users across multiple locations.
