Position Summary: Every day, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) manages the complex flow of people, capital, and goods across air, land, sea, and cyberspace. To enhance efficiency and security, RELI partners with the government to develop innovative solutions that promote lawful and safe movement. We seek a highly skilled Program Manager to lead analytics-focused technology projects, managing cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendor relationships. This Program Manager will combine strong technical project management skills with expertise in databases and DevOps tools to support mission success. Responsibilities: •Oversee the full day-to-day lifecycle of developing analytics-driven technology solutions. •Lead the creation of user-centric, intelligence-informed analytical tools that support threat analysis and targeting strategies. •Coordinate the execution of several concurrent projects and guide cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to improve advanced analytic capabilities for various stakeholder groups. •Collaborate directly with customers, end users, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery. •Manage subcontractor performance and foster productive relationships with third-party technology vendors to support project goals and ensure alignment with technical requirements. •Provide technical leadership and project management for mission-critical efforts, as needed by the client. Qualifications This role will report onsite at client site in Ashburn, VA Required Qualifications: •BA/BS with 12 years of experience; MS/MBA/MA with 9 years of experience; PhD with 7 years of experience •Top Secret (TS) Security clearance required (current and active) •U.S. Citizenship required •Solid hands-on knowledge of relational databases that support analytics, data exploration, and application development. •Familiarity with the software development lifecycle within enterprise environments. •Demonstrated experience as a technical project manager and/or data scientist. •Proficiency with engineering and DevOps tools, including Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) and version control systems like GitLab. •Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio Professional, and Project Professional. •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present findings and updates to customers clearly and professionally. •Current and active Project Management Professional (PMP-PMI) certification. Preferred Qualifications: •Experience or familiarity with machine learning platforms and tools such as DataRobot, Dataiku, H2O, AWS SageMaker, SAS, Python, or Scikit-learn. •Hands-on work with relational database systems like Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. •Exposure to big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, NiFi, Sqoop, or Avro is a plus. •Strong preference for background supporting CBP and specifically Targeting and Analysis Systems Program Directorate (TASPD).
