Job Description The Program Manager is responsible for coordination and management of the daily operations of the overall services. The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. The Program Manager should have direct communication and access to the director and all supervisors within the organization. Qualifications 2 years of lead experience in the human services field Must qualify as a Designated Coordinator Must have basic computer skills, good decision-making skills, time management and communication skills and be responsible, mature and flexible.
