Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Delivery of strategic programs, including Salesforce Enablement, AI Roadmap initiatives, Predictive & Advanced Analytics, and Call Centre of the Future capabilities.
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce enhancements to support sales effectiveness, streamline processes, and maximise adoption across the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Enablement Lead to deliver prioritised AI capabilities that enhance sales enablement and customer experience.
  • Drive the development and deployment of predictive and advanced analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Support the delivery of next-generation call centre capabilities, including chatbots, AI tools, and other emerging technologies.
  • Take ownership of the Salesforce Impact Network, ensuring it drives maximum value by capturing sales feedback, influencing global enhancements, and enabling the sales team to adopt and fully leverage new capabilities.
