What to Expect
The Tesla Energy team is seeking a Program Manager to join the EMEA Business Operations team. This role will be focused on providing support from pre-contracting stages through to final revenue recognition of Megapack projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Enginering and Finance, gaining exposure to diverse business areas in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll also be encouraged to bring forward creative solutions and ideas to streamline workflows and improve the overall efficiency of operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Regularly liaise with global finance teams to ensure all financial metrics and project milestones are aligned with key business targets
  • Partner with demand planning, sales, project teams to ensure allocation and production schedules are optimally aligned with critical quarterly targets
  • Maintain a high degree of data integrity across an array of systems including; financial, sales, quoting, logistics and business forecasting data
  • Become the subject matter expert of all operational systems, support the teams with systems troubleshooting and escalations
  • Setup operational flows for complex contracts and new markets, align Tax, Trade, FinOps, logistics, treasury, accounting, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of standard operating procedures related to key Sales Operations processes
  • Order Lifecycle Management - Assist with order processing, including verifying contracts, managing timelines, and coordinating delivery

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations or similar, preferably in a technology or energy-related industry and bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handling shifting priorities
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-moving and dynamic company
  • Detail-driven, with an ability to execute with accuracy and speed
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (specifically Microsoft Excel)
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
