We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead major global initiatives within the Finance space, drive large‑scale transformation programs, and oversee the global Finance project portfolio. This role will ensure successful delivery of Finance technology implementations across countries through strong leadership, governance, and collaboration. Job Description Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the BI–BDC transformation program to ensure timely delivery of objectives, milestones, and key program outcomes. Drive global Finance technology programs, ensuring deployments are delivered on time, within scope, and to required quality standards. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, resolving integration challenges and enabling efficient program execution. Develop and manage comprehensive program plans while monitoring progress and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; establish proactive mitigation and resolution strategies to protect program timelines. Facilitate effective communication between Technology, Finance, business teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and adoption. Champion best practices in project management, application integration, and change management to support successful user adoption. Manage a pool of project managers and oversee the broader Finance project portfolio. KPI: On‑time delivery rate of major Finance technology programs and effectiveness in risk mitigation. What You’ll Bring to the Role Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Finance, Business, Engineering). 10+ years of experience in program/project delivery and application management within SAP environments, including Finance, in multinational organizations. Strong knowledge of SAP analytics landscape and enterprise integration technologies. Proven ability to lead BI, data, and application integration programs in a global context. Experience managing global SAP‑related projects across diverse cultural environments. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with multiyear people‑management and team‑building experience. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while driving change and innovation. Proficiency in using advanced software tools and platforms relevant to program and portfolio management. Essential skills: Program and portfolio management expertise, including planning, governance, resource management, and budget oversight. Languages: English (fluent). Desirable Requirements: Experience with ITIL frameworks and other service‑management methodologies. Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAP certifications).
