We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Central Operations team. About the role The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing program execution and driving success. This individual leverages strong Scheduled Rides (SR) expertise, fosters collaboration across functions and leads the program team to achieve their goals. They are responsible for developing and managing program plans, mitigating risks, adapting to changing circumstances and ensuring measurable results. Main tasks and responsibilities:Own the SR strategy and quarterly OKRs; define a clear portfolio of bets and land measurable results on GMV, fulfilment and unit economics. Program operating model: Set global standards and guardrails (acceptance, on-time pickup, booking offsets, backup protocols) and ensure consistent adoption across cities. Performance management: Maintain a single source of truth for SR performance; run a weekly rhythm that surfaces top/bottom markets, root causes, owners and dated actions. Cross-functional orchestration: Align Local Ops, Product, Growth, LCM, Analytics, Support, Legal, and Policy on a simple RACI with clear milestones, risks and decision logs. Documentation and communication: Publish crisp RFCs and a living State-of-the-Union: problem, proposal, impact, success metrics, owners, and status; communicate progress at executive-level. City rollout engine: Provide scalable playbooks and readiness checklists (category coverage, airport handoffs, pricing buffers, driver comms) and convert pilots into global rollouts. About you:You are experienced in program management or a related field. You have demonstrated expertise in a relevant program area. You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget. You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
