REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years in consulting, advisory services, or performance improvement in a hospital or acute care setting
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology delivery or advisory projects
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Proven ability to create impactful executive-level communications and presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
  • Fluency in English, including technical and healthcare terminology

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MHS)
  • Experience with data mining and analytics
  • Proficiency in LEAN, Six Sigma, or Change Management methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and decision-making under pressure
  • Proficiency in a second language (especially within the APAC region)
Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of client engagements, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes across multiple solution areas.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the day-to-day liaison with clients and delivery team, ensuring satisfaction, alignment, and delivery of contracted value.
  • Strategic Execution: Support the development and execution of the program vision, applying critical thinking and structured problem-solving to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and pain points to maintain project momentum and quality.
  • Change Management: Guide clients through complex transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption and measurable value realization.
  • Communication & Reporting: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful executive-level presentations and program updates.
