JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead critical projects within our Machine Vision industry. This role is pivotal in enforcing processes and ensuring successful product launches and development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical project management and be adept at navigating complex challenges to deliver impactful results.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of project management experience, with a focus on high-tech environments and hardware development.
• Project Methodologies: Proven success managing hardware projects using Waterfall methodologies; familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban is advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Project (MSP); hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, driving projects to successful completion.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to navigate complexities and deliver results that effectively meet organizational needs.

  Job Type: Fixed term contract
  Contract length: 12 months
  Pay: $68.00-$79.00 per hour

• Drive critical projects in the Machine Vision sector, ensuring alignment with Client strategic objectives.
• Oversee scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Develop structured plans that align with Client business objectives and governance frameworks.
• Serve as the primary contact for project teams, fostering strong relationships and maintaining alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, opportunities and issues throughout the project lifecycle; implement mitigation strategies and drive resolution and minimal disruption.
• Deliver clear and concise updates on project health, risks, and milestones to internal and upper management.
• Ensure consistent communication of progress and outcomes to decision-making committees.
