We are actively seeking experienced Program Managers for two upcoming contract awards. These critical roles require 10–14 years of proven experience in program management, a PMP, as well as expertise in overseeing cost, schedule, and performance to ensure contract success.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

10 - 14 years (depending on level) of experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required

Core Capabilities:

  • Allocate resources (staff, facilities, budgets) effectively across the contract.
  • Review and approve financial reports, including earned value, Estimates To Complete, and Man-hour Expenditure Reports.
  • Oversee management reserve allocations within contractual guidelines.
  • Integrate cross-disciplinary efforts to meet Government objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior program managers to enhance contract performance.
  • Review and propose Integrated Program Baselines or resource-loaded schedules.
  • Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies with appropriate budget allocations.
  • Prepare program status updates and formal reviews for Government Program Managers.
  • Lead recruitment and training initiatives for direct and indirect program staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements in coordination with contracts staff.
  • Support the Government PM with inputs for statutory acquisition reports and Congressional Questions for the Record (QFRs).
  • Coordinate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and value engineering proposals.
  • Contribute to Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan reviews and Award Fee evaluations

Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for:

  • The Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government Program Manager, and our Senior Management team.
  • Leading program efforts in cost management, schedule estimation, performance tracking, risk assessment, requirements analysis, and quality assurance.
  • Ensuring seamless task execution for optimal contract performance and efficiency.
  • Directing skilled technical teams, reporting on technical progress, addressing issues, and reviewing technical documentation.
