About Your New JobResponsible for end-to-end project management, coordinating and driving the successful delivery of software projects, working closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, QA, Business Stakeholders, Customers and Third Partis.
Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing clear project updates, managing risks, dependencies, and ensuring alignment throughout the lifecycle.
Coordinate with third-party suppliers or clients where needed to manage dependencies, deliverables, timelines, and project requirements.
Operate within an Agile/Scrum environment
Where required, support or take on Scrum Master responsibilities
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, escalate issues as needed, and maintain appropriate documentation and project governance.
What Skills You NeedProven experience as an IT Project Manager within IT, software, technology, or digital environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (internal and third parties).
Demonstrated ability to proactively use AI tools to streamline project management and improve efficiency.
Experience delivering software projects from initiation through release, managing risks, issues, scope, and timelines.
Confident understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with tools like Jira or Confluence.
Desirable: 1-3 years’ project management experience; Agile (PSM) and project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent); experience with distributed teams or third-party suppliers.
