The Social Media Manager is a leader of integrated communications who uses digital storytelling to protect and enhance AdventHealth’s brand; positions AdventHealth as a national leader in health care; and grows advocates internally and externally. The manager is a highly organized leader who manages and contributes to a portfolio of social media channels for the Central Florida Division. They are a proactive storyteller with strong news judgement who is passionate about finding stories that highlight AdventHealth’s clinical excellence, mission, team members and community impact. The manager is an innovative content creator and strategist who produces written copy, photo and videos. The manager’s strong interpersonal communications skills and spirit of collaboration helps them work with multiple partners. The manager’s strong writing skills allows them to provide a brand voice to content, as well as assist C-suite with thought-leadership content. They excel in a fast-paced work environment and are committed to staying current in the evolving social media landscape. The manager actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
