About the roleIn this role, you will lead complex, multi-stream programs for global clients across various industries, ensuring strategic alignment, delivery excellence, and high customer satisfaction within our team in Germany.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, delivery, and client stakeholders, driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical in building long-term client relationships and supporting SoftServe’s growth in the German market. You will operate in an international environment and contribute to both delivery excellence and business development.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met
Manage and align multiple projects within the program with business goals and client expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
Drive program governance, risk management, and mitigation strategies
Ensure clear and effective communication across all teams and stakeholder levels
Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones
Monitor program performance and provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations
Mentor and guide project managers and delivery teams
