POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Program Manager is a full-time position responsible for leading the implementation of our Suiting and Professional Development programs, as well as supporting the launch and growth of new initiatives. This role reports directly to the Executive Director.

We are seeking a candidate who brings:

  • Compassion and understanding of women navigating lived experiences such as housing instability, trauma, or mental health challenges

The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and committed to empowering women as they take the next steps in their personal and professional journeys.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Social Services) and a minimum of two years of experience in a community service environment.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders, including volunteers, clients, and referral partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate as a team player while also working independently.
  • Skilled at problem-solving and troubleshooting in fast-paced environments, with a professional and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated commitment to empowering women and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM Systems, and a high level of adaptability with new technologies and software.
