Job Description Job Summary:- This role is for an Supply Chain Excellence (OE) Program Manager responsible for Deploying and sustaining SCM -wide OE initiatives that drive continuous improvement, agility, and cultural transformation. The position requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, As a key enabler of strategic execution, this role will manage SCM capability building, Lead high-impact transformation projects, and institutionalize best practices across SCM Verticals. Roles & Responsibilities SCM Operation Excellence Program Management across Lean Initiatives, Identified Improvement Projects, Analytics across all Business Units Develop and maintain a centralized Lean Project Management System to capture, share, and scale best practices across the organization. Manage the Strategy Deployment Plan (SDP) for SCM working closely with SCM Leadership and Cross Functional Integration. Work with consultant to ensure alignment with SCM-OE objectives, compliance standards, and delivery of high-impact outcomes. Manage Implementation of Supply Chain Maturity Model based on Gartner framework. Develop Analytics Dashboards for Production Planning, Material Planning and Logistics Coordinate with all functions and team members in Supply Chain & DPEX to deliver High Impact Digital Solutions in Supply Chain with latest technologies of Industry 4.0 Assist in governance forums to review progress of Projects success stories, and strategic updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Qualifications:- Educational Qualification - Graduation in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is mandatory. Post Graduation in Business Administration is preferred. (Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) is preferred) Minimum 3+ / 5+ years of experience Skills & Attributes Functional Skills:- Best Practice Implementation, Process Mapping, Productivity Improvement, Project Management, Analytical Mindset , Statistics Power BI Hands On Knowledge Resident Skills:- Change Management, Lean Methodologies, Operational Excellence Behavioural Skills:- Collaboration & Influence – Builds strong cross-functional relationships and drives alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Initiative & Ownership – Proactively leads transformation efforts with accountability and a bias for action. Analytical Thinking – Applies structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making to improve processes and outcomes. Critical Exposures:- 3+ years of experience in SCM Operations & understanding of SCM Processes Experience in Focused Improvement for productivity and efficiency gains is desired. Experience in Continuous Improvement Processes to identify, implement, and sustain performance enhancements is desired. Experience in Project Management & Process Improvements in Supply Chain Exposure to data and analytics for Developing Dashboards & monitoring KPIs and data-based decision making is preferred.
