Description:
Nextant is seeking a motivated Program Manager Tech 3 to join our client team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a global team, bringing diverse perspectives and the chance to support hundreds of partners. REQUIREMENTS:
- No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
- 5-7 years overall years of experience in the field.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience with Portfolio management
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience with Data analysis
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience with Exec presentation preparation
- The ideal resume would contain Azure DevOps Management, stakeholder management, synthesize business strategies to engineering requirements, requirements gathering and BRD creation, LT presentations, Data analytics, workshop facilitation
- Expertise in sales and marketing organizations, particularly within Channel, ISV, and co-selling business models at Microsoft, with a focus on GTM strategies and data-driven outcomes.
- Skilled in gathering and documenting business requirements from sales, marketing, and engineering teams, ensuring execution aligns with stakeholder needs.
- Proficient in planning and portfolio management across large, matrixed organizations, co-creating OKRs, and driving measurable improvements in digital partner experiences.
- Experienced in facilitating workshops, integrating qualitative and quantitative analysis, and reviewing pain points to prioritize AI and Copilot-based scenarios for partners and sellers.
- Strong ability to lead executive presentations, supported by data analytics, SQL, Power BI, and Excel, to drive informed decision-making.
- Adept in developing future state partner workflows, integrating partner scenarios into planning workstreams, and aligning them with commercial partner portfolios.
- Technical expertise in AI concepts, capable of reviewing technical architecture, designing scalable systems, and building proof of concepts to validate scenarios.
- Previous Microsoft experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake, planning, and prioritization of business requests from an engineering perspective.
- Oversee project execution, balancing time between meetings and hands-on workstreams.
- Collaborate with global teams and partners to ensure alignment and support for key initiatives.
- Drive continuous process improvements, ensuring efficient delivery of business needs and effective stakeholder management.
