Program Manager Tech 3

Nextant is seeking a motivated Program Manager Tech 3 to join our client team. This role will maintain an efficient process that allows the team to deliver high-impact projects. You will partner with product teams, manage the experimentation backlog, and analyze results to optimize the process. Strong collaboration and a passion for experimentation will be key to your success in this role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• 4+ years of experience as a cross-functional technical program manager for web or online products.
• 2+ years of experience with experimentation in product engineering/optimization.
• 2+ years of experience in customer-focused data analysis.
• Experience in AME – Azure Managed Environment.
• The ideal resume would contain open to big tech & start up experience. Looking for someone with an array of experience.
• Previous Microsoft experience is preferred.

• Oversee the experimentation process, from intake to analysis.
• Manage the team’s backlog and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product teams to support experimentation efforts.
• Analyze experiment results and provide insights to the team.
• Ensure the experimentation process is efficient, inclusive, and impactful.
