Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIESProvides executive-level oversight of all task orders across Infrastructure and End-User domains. Serves as the single point of contact with the Contracting Officer, COR, and government program stakeholders. Ensures SLA compliance, deliverable quality, and resource alignment across task orders. Lead and manage program execution, risk, cost, schedule, and quality. Oversee all sub-task areas including Infrastructure Ops, Endpoint Engineering, Data Center Ops, and NOC/SOC services. Maintain contract compliance and coordinate with OCIO and component IT offices. Prepare and deliver status reports, performance dashboards, and financial summaries. Implement governance, risk, and compliance controls consistent with FISMA and NIST 800-53. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). Certifications: PMP required; ITIL v4 Foundation or higher preferred. Experience: 10–15 years of federal IT program management, with 5+ years managing multi-task IDIQs or BPAs.
