Responsibilities & Qualifications TekSynap is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to serve as the single point of accountability for CNSL IT Maintenance and Support Program delivery, ensuring mission success across all task areas. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a 20+ FTE workforce across HQ, subordinate commands, and flyaway teams. Serve as primary interface with CNSL N6 COR, KO, and leadership. Oversee cost, schedule, and performance for all contract tasks. Manage risk, staffing, surge support, and customer satisfaction. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. (Master’s preferred). 10–15+ years program management, with DoD/Navy IT experience Program Management Professional/DAWIA highly desirable Clearance: Secret (Top Secret preferred). 8570 certification: Not applicable.
