Maintain a master agile program workplan based on the analysis of requirements and design documents. Incorporate all possible constraints and dependencies; Manage external dependencies and coordinate integration milestones. Execution: Track the program progress, ensure issues get highlighted, addressed, and resolved timely and effectively. Monitor KPIs and report status to the management team on a regular basis. Detect early signs of a crisis and identify the potential risks and concerns. Proactively resolve conflicts to help the teams achieve their goals. Manage the release process. Program Management champion: Drive effective PM process and best practices in the teams. Promote continuous improvement through team learning and improvement process. Responsibilities: Create and maintain product release plans, aligning delivery with deadlines and resolving resource conflicts. Monitor sprint progress, identify risks or delays, and coordinate with teams to stay on track. Communicate status updates clearly to stakeholders and partners. Suggest and test process improvements to enhance team efficiency. Proactively identify issues and propose mitigation strategies. Define and implement new processes or improvements, ensuring smooth adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present blockers and progress effectively. Reinforce priorities and remove distractions to maintain team focus. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years in program or project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment. Strong understanding of program and release planning. Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of product managers, developers, DevOps, and others. Experience in Agile methodology, as well as tools for project management Ability to lead through influence, to create short-term and long-term program plans, Critical, analytical, logical thinker Ability to monitor KPIs and manage risks effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proactive problem-solving and ability to lead change. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Well experienced with Project Management methodology and familiar with the latest trends in the PM domain Identifying and adopting AI-driven solutions to enhance program efficiency from automating reporting and dashboards to analyzing release performance trends.
