The Texas Strategic Leadership (TSL) Program Manager supports the development and execution of strategic plans by coordinating activities aligned to priorities set by the Lead Coach; assists LEAs with connecting to resources, monitors progress and provides logistical and programmatic support to strengthen implementation.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters´s degree (required)
  • Texas Teacher Certification (required)
  • Mid-management, principal or equivalent certification (preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a campus or district administrator/coordinator
  • Supervisory experience or coordination of district level programming
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing program budgets
  • District level program management experience
  • Has prior experience and expertise in data collection, analysis, and visualization including the use of creating and maintaining a dashboard platform for performance management towards inputs, outputs, and outcomes

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced skill in analyzing financial activities, budget analysis and preparation
  • Coordinate activities aligned to the Lead Coach’s priorities.
  • Connect LEAs with capacity-building supports.
  • Track and report milestones.
  • Provide logistical, operational, and programmatic support
